Account Information

How do I create an account?

Click the  “Sign up” link at the top right corner. Under user registration enter the required fields and register.

How do I edit my account information?

Click on “Login” link at the top right corner. Click profile after you logged in. Add/Edit your billing/shipping address and details and Save.

Shipping

Details on shipping

We ship to any street addresses within the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.  We ship your orders via UPS. Please see our shipping policy page for complete details on shipping.

Order details

How soon will I receive the order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM PST (Pacific standard time) typically ship on the same day., but depending on the size of the order it may take up to 48 hrs. Please note, if you place your order after 2 pm on Friday evening it will not be dispatched until the following Monday - subject to Bank Holidays. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

The standard ground shipment orders will take 1-4 business days to deliver, in the continental US. One or two extra days depending on where you live.

How do I cancel/edit an item ordered?

We will not be able to cancel the orders that are already being placed. Should you wish to change your order, you can do so at any time before we send the e-mail confirming dispatch.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Failed Delivery

Details

We make good effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss or damage. We will deliver the goods to the address for delivery that you specified when you placed your order. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, you must contact us immediately. Once your items leave the warehouse, address changes cannot be accommodated. Please note that Eco Samsara is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, you may also want to check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.

Payment/card processing

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not have Paypal as method of payment and no checks or money orders accepted. Our checkout process is secure through SSL encryption technology. Although, if you are not comfortable giving your financial information online, we offer you the option of contacting us directly via email or phone.

Is my credit card transaction secure?

Yes. All transactions are completed on a secure server to ensure all information received from you is secure from unauthorized access and use. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption that works by forming a matched pair, so that your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format. This means you will only be able to place an order through a secure connection and information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it.

Newsletters

How to subscribe to receive newsletters from Eco Samsara?

There is a newsletter sign up box at the bottom of the home page. When you sign up for an account or place an order with Eco Samsara, your email address is automatically entered into our newsletter database. The newsletter is generally sent out once a month, it offers coupon codes, sale items, feature products, and informative articles.

How to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters from Eco Samsara?

Simply click on the unsubscribe button, found at the bottom of the newsletter, if you do not wish receive future newsletters. Email addresses are not sold or shared with other companies. Please see our privacy policy page for more details.

Sales tax

Does Eco Samsara charge Sales tax?

Sales tax is added for items shipping to Ohio.
